1. Shipping Availability AMW College Living Ed. currently ships within a limited delivery area. We are working to expand our shipping reach. Please check product pages or contact us to confirm we ship to your location before placing an order.

2. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-demand periods.

3. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Supplier-Fulfilled Orders Some products are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers through Shopify Collective. Shipping times and carriers for these items may differ from our standard estimates. Each supplier-fulfilled item will include its own tracking information.

6. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order through the Order Status page linked in your confirmation email.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AMW College Living Ed. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship an order.
